Thought I’d share a really easy gorgeous dinner recipe that takes no more than 25 mins to put together. Salmon, rice and salad!
First start cooking your rice if you’re not using instant rice. Then whilst it’s boiling lay the salmon out on a baking tray, drizzle olive oil and add soya sauce – as much as you like really. Then chop a few tomatoes, red and yellow peppers and spring onion and sprinkle them ontop of the salmon pieces.
Stick it in the oven for at about 200 degrees for 15/20 mins.
Put together a quick green salad and once you’re done the salmon will almost be ready!
Serve hot and enjoy!!!
